A project will be considered abandoned if there is no written communication between the client and the account manager for a period of at least 30 days, based on approvals or specifications.
CLOSED PROJECT
A closed project is one that has either been delivered in full or has not been claimed for a period of at least 60 days. XTAR Labs cannot be held liable after this specified time duration.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
XTAR Labs reserves the right to terminate any assignment for any reason without prior notice.
