Refund & Return Policy
Because XTARLABS provides digital and customized services, refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the stage of the project.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and customized services, most sales are considered final once work has started.
However, refunds may be granted under certain conditions described below.
Logo Design Refunds
Refunds may be requested only if:
- No logo design concepts have been delivered.
Once design concepts, drafts, or creative work have been provided, refunds will no longer be available.
Website Development Refunds
Refunds may be granted only if:
- Work on the project has not yet started.
Once development, design, or website setup has begun, refunds are not available.
Trademark Services
XTARLABS provides trademark consultation, research, and filing assistance services.
Service Fee Refund
The XTARLABS service fee may be refundable if:
- The client cancels the request before the trademark application is submitted.
Once the trademark application preparation or submission process has begun, the service fee may no longer be refundable.
Government Filing Fees
All government filing fees paid to trademark offices are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
This includes fees paid to government agencies such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
XTARLABS does not control government fees or their refund policies.
Client Cancellation
If a client cancels a project:
- Work completed up to that point will be billed.
- Deposits may be partially refundable depending on the stage of the project.
Revision Policy
Revision limits depend on the service package selected.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may require additional charges.
Delivery Policy
Final files will be delivered after full payment has been received.
Deliverables may include:
- Logo source files
- Website admin access
- Design files and assets
- Website deployment details
