Refund Policy for XTAR Labs

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of order placement, subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund Process

If you are not satisfied with the initial responses provided by XTAR Labs, you may request a refund by sending a written Refund Request to support@xtarlabs.com. Upon timely receipt of the request, XTAR Labs will process the refund as follows:

  • For logo packages: A service and processing fee of 20% on the package amount will be deducted from the total payment made by you.
  • For website packages: If the website is in the development phase, a 40% design cost will be deducted from the package amount processed for the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Rush service charges, 24-hour design fees, and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable.

Refund Approval

In case of refund approval, the client can expect the refunded amount to be credited back within the next 10-15 business days.

Non-Responsive Clients

  • XTAR Labs will not entertain or process refunds if the client remains non-responsive for 45 days. However, clients can send an email to support@xtarlabs.com to request a hold on the project due to personal issues.
  • If the client remains non-responsive for more than 60 days, an additional caution fee of $150 will be required for re-initiating the project.

Forfeiture of Refund

  • If the client wishes to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, a refund will not be applicable. XTAR Labs can hold the project, and the client can resume the project at a later time.
  • The right to a refund as outlined above will be forfeited if the customer requests additional revisions (1 or more design changes, regardless of complexity) or modifications to the initial concepts.
  • Timely responses to status notifications from XTAR Labs are essential to maintain refund eligibility.

Acceptance of Refund

Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related services. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any work product, content, or media provided by XTAR Labs, nor will you have any ownership interest in the same.

Partial Orders

In the event of finalizing one part of the order, the customer will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining portion of the package.
