These services are provided according to project requirements agreed upon between the client and XTARLABS.

2. No Government Affiliation

XTARLABS is an independent private service provider.

We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or any other government agency.

We assist clients with trademark preparation and filing services but we do not represent ourselves as a government authority.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Approve designs and development stages promptly
  • Ensure submitted content does not violate any law or copyright

XTARLABS is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by XTARLABS including:

  • Logos
  • Website layouts
  • Graphics
  • Branding materials

remain the property of XTARLABS until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

XTARLABS may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Payments

Payment terms may include:

  • Full payment upfront
  • Partial deposit before project start
  • Remaining balance before final delivery

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client feedback time
  • Content submission by the client

XTARLABS is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

XTARLABS will not be held liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Trademark rejection by government offices
  • Website downtime due to third-party hosting
  • Third-party platform issues

All services are provided “as is”.

8. Changes to Terms

XTARLABS reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated terms.
